The room was well-equipped and good value for money with a balcony, a storage space, and a lounge.

A wide array of options, tasty food. Very professional, well-trained personnel on reception desk. Comfortable and the best location in a very nice area next to a museum and a tower. Bars and cafés next to it.

The location here was calm, the staff was extremely helpful and provided great service, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and new with a nice view.

As a frequent visitor, this hotel has always been my favorite for its unbeatable location. With taxis available at the doorstep, the nearby Edgeware underground station, and a bus stop right in front, getting around the city was a breeze. Plus, being just a short walk away from Hyde Park and Oxford Street was a huge bonus. I also loved the abundance of halal restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores in the area. The breakfast was always a highlight, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a separate stand for Muslim halal food this time around. The staff went above and beyond to address my needs and concerns, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an excellent location, right across from Edgeware Station. It was perfect for exploring the city and getting to the main areas quickly. The staff were friendly and the room was lovely. The service provided was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. We felt well looked after and even received free wifi in our room. Despite the room being a little older, everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently situated next to Paddington Station, making it easy to explore neighboring cities. We would definitely come again!

As business guests, we appreciated the quick room switch, free breakfast, and professional staff. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was lovely overall. The hotel parking was convenient and secure with easy access. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and made available to us for early check-in. The hotel's location was great, with close proximity to tube and rail links, shopping, and sightseeing. If you're lucky enough to be in the Tower wing above the 10th floor, you'll enjoy excellent city views.
